How graphic design works for this item: Upload your logo at checkout (or email it to us at orders@healthcarepaper.com), tell your designer what you're looking for in the section called "Instructions for Designer" (you can be super specific OR just give us a general idea of what you are looking for) in the notes section and our healthcare design team will take it from there! If you want us to call you before we start, just put that in the notes section. We will send you a proof of your design within 2 business days for you to review and edit. You work directly with your graphic designer on edits until you love your design. Then you approve your design and we print and ship your custom notepads!

If you are placing a reorder for one of your designs, you do not have to re-upload the file unless there are changes. We will always send you a proof to review to ensure document and version control.
We are also happy to make quick file edits for you on reorders at no charge, or different versions of the same file (ex: different names, contact information, etc on an otherwise similar document). Just tell us in the comments box what you need.
